Hall of Famer and ESPN analyst and Mike Ditka has been released from the hospital, according to ESPN producer Seth Markman.

Ditka was diagnosed Friday with what he called a “very minor stroke,” which ranks right up there with “mild concussion” on the chart of things you don’t want.

We wish Ditka a speedy recovery, and return to the airwaves.

He ran over that stroke like he used to run over defenders.

    Way to go, coach.

A stroke would have to be VERY major to beat Ditka.

Here’s to a speedy recovery, Iron Mike.
