The Ravens made their own big play, but they’re down a significant player.

The Ravens are up 10-7 at the end of the first quarter after Jacoby Jones’ 63-yard punt return touchdown, which took less time to complete than Steelers quarterback Byron Leftwich’s 31-yard run.

The Ravens have, however, lost tight end Dennis Pitta, who was taken to the locker room to be evaluated, and was found to have a concussion.

NBC’s Michele Tafoya said Pitta was “woozy” leaving the field and needed assistance.

There seemed to be some offensive momentum for the Ravens, but a missed field goal derailed a bit of that.
