You keep making excuses for this guy, it’s like you’re either him, or you’re related to him.

Even before the injury, his yards per pass were the lowest in the league, a measly 5 yards per pass, that’s how he got his completion percentage up and you know it too.

Henne actually looked down field and the receivers responded, you could actually see and feel the diference.

Henne, at times, looked excellent in Miami. The problem is, the more he plays, the worse he looks. And when the game is on the line, he is liable to be at his worst.

That being said, I wish Henne luck; he was never a bad guy, and he was far from the only problem on the Dolphins.

Gabbert got nothing from the receivers in that department. That is the difference. Henne was mediocre in his other fill in appearances, and I don’t think he suddenly turned into a great quarterback at the age of 27 in his fifth NFL season. If you want to get technical, Blaine had better passing numbers while he was in the game than Henne did, yesterday.
