Agree, I never thought Maghaee would play another down of football, after his devasating knee injury at in college at Miami.

To this day, I cannot decided which injury was harder to stomach, Thiesman’s compound fracture of his leg against the Giants, or Magahee knee in college.

Thiesmans probably, and actually, Lawrence Taylor said he hurled when he heard the bone snap, and then saw it broken in a 45 degree angle….oooouch !

Those are some tough hombre’s !

Point made, though the Texans are still 9-1 and in the driver’s seat for the #1 seed in the playoffs. Given that, I’d argue the Texans are still built to absorb the loss of Cushing more than….

1. The Patriots losing Aaron Hernandez and Rob Gronkowski

2. The Ravens losing Ray Lewis and Lardarius Webb

3. The Steelers losing Ben, Polamalu, Antonio Brown, and far too many other players to list

The AFC is really snakebitten by the injury bug Cushing, Webb, Lewis, Mcgahee and Gronk (although Gronk will return this year) are all injured this is why coaching staffs get paid the big bucks the effectiveness of the adjustments the coaching staffs make will determine seeding in the AFC.
