The 234 you saw was the overall number of starts Ronde has (209 straight to Fletchers 193), Fletcher has 218 starts. Barber has appeared in 250 straight games.
Any way you look at it Fletcher is a full seasons worth of games behind Ronde

Ronde didn’t start in his first season. His second season was 1998, when he and Fletcher both started every game for their teams. It’s called looking it up.

It’s really sad to me, because the fact that he’s been stuck with (or stuck by, however you want to see it) the Redskins for so long has pretty much prevented him from becoming a household name.

If Fletcher played for Baltimore, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, or the Jets (a few years ago), he would be being paid much more money and have endorsement deals everywhere.
