Matt Ryan drops by PFT on NBC Sports Network

Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan calls a play in the second half against the Arizona Cardinals at their NFL football game in Atlanta. Reuters

Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan is coming off one of the worst games of his professional career thanks to five interceptions against the Cardinals last weekend.

We’ll find out how Ryan plans to put that game in the rearview mirror when he joins Russ Thaler and Mike Florio for a chat on Wednesday’s edition of Pro Football Talk on NBC Sports Network. The Falcons will try to improve to 10-1 against the resurgent Buccaneers this weekend, so we’ll get Ryan’s thoughts about that game as well before moving on to the rest of the league.

Thaler, Florio, Amani Toomer and Bob Glauber of Newsday will discuss that NFC South clash, the Thanksgiving games and much, much more as part of the daily journey around the league. Florio will also discuss his picks for the three Thursday games before adjourning for the holiday.

It all gets underway at 5 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Network.

I thought it said “Matt Ryan dropped by PFT.”

I was thinking wow, that’s harsh. One bad game and he’s not good enough for Florio?
