Getty ImagesRedskins quarterback Robert Griffin III finally looked human, and Tony Romo looks like Tony Romo, and the Cowboys are suddenly, amazingly back in this one.
Griffin’s first interception gave the Cowboys a chance to get within a score, as they took over deep in Redskins territory and cut it to 35-28 with more than half the fourth quarter to go.
Romo threw three touchdowns to balance his two picks, including an 85-yarder to Dez Bryant and a fourth-down conversion for a score, and as they have so many times, they’ve fought their way back into this one with 8:18 left.

Looks like both Cowboys teams showed up again. Can a team be diagnosed with schizophrenia?
Sure enough, the Cowboys mount a comeback, only to end up short.
RG3 is a super nova and is the greatest player ever. This team is going to the SB for the rest of his life. That’s how good he is.
Good game RG, but a running QB won’t last long in this league.
Keep telling me how good Romo is, while he tries to mount a comeback from the picks that he threw earlier.
Romo is not the problem! We have no safeties! No o-line and no running game! He can’t do everything by himself!
No matter how many times Romo ruins a game as long as he puts up arbitrary stats during garbage time delusional cowboys fans continue to fail to see the forest for the trees!!! Lol Romo is average at best
Romo threw the picks trying to make something, ANYTHING happen with what he is given to work with. I can’t hate on him.
The fumble by Dez, now that was just awful.
No, Romo IS a problem.
He’s not the only problem, but he’s definitely a problem.
The guy is a physical specimen and a mental midget.
You’re right rmal. Smith, Costa (upgrade over Cook/Bernadeau), Murray, Church all out. Not to mention Lee, Ratliff, Coleman, Carter and Austin. Hard to win without that many of your better starters.
Anyone heard from peytonsneck? I guess his assessments of Garcon and RGIII are so cripplingly incorrect that he refuses to spew his stupid venom on here anymore? RGIII and Garcon are simply better than anyone on the colts roster.
