Ravens-Chargers blacked out in San Diego

The 4-6 Chargers will play four of their final six games at home.

The first of the remaining home games won’t be televised in Southern California.

The Chargers announced Thursday that the upcoming visit from the 8-2 Ravens did not sell out before the 72-hour deadline, and thus will be blacked out locally.

Frustrated fans found no extra enticement from the fact that it’s the annual Alumni Weekend, or that former Chargers punter will be inducted into the team’s Hall of Fame.

Can’t sell out their home games, can’t win when cheating, and they can’t make the playoffs, let alone fire an overmatched head coach.

    Pathetic franchise.

Not a surprise as no one wants to see the tee shirt champions play. Charger fans will miss the upset. Ravens on the road .. A recipe for an upset. Priceless and pathetic . A great two fer. LOL…

Once they fire Norv, they’ll start selling out, and I hope with everything I have, that they don’t move to L.A because of Norv’s absolute ridiculous failures as their Head Coach.

Charger fans are smart. Charger ownership is dumb. That’s all I’ll say.

    Go Bolts!!!

Yep, get rid of AJ and Norv
Move to LA and truly rebuild.

They came from LA originally anyway.

A punter is being inducted this year. How appropriate!

Hey Norv, after the game, shake Coach Harbaugh’s hand with genuine sincerity…I have my my fingers crossed that you’ll be working for him next year…as his O.C.

I live in Huntington Beach (2 hrs) and go every time the steelers come to so cal. Funny how that game never blacks out. Steelers travel better then any other team. Ravens have one of the lowest fan bases. Who could really cheer for a team that chokes every year?
