Kaepernick is the starter. I don’t know who harbaugh thinks he is fooling. I doubt the saints even mentioned the name Alex smith this week.

I thought there were rules about naming a starting QB in a certain amount of time before the game. Can Harbaugh really not say who’s starting until the game starts?
