Rams get a rare takeaway, get back to tie with Cards

Janoris Jenkins

The Cardinals broke a drought of having decent quarterback play, but the Rams countered with breaking a drought of generosity.

Rookie cornerback Janoris Jenkins just brought the Rams back to a 7-7 tie with the Cardinals, intercepting rookie quarterback Ryan Lindley and returning it 36 yards for a touchdown.

The pick-six was the first takeaway for the Rams since Oct. 4, a six-week span.

That was a REALLY good play – Asante Samuel like.

What? How does a team go 6 weeks without a turnover? That boggles my mind. You’d think they would have accidentally fallen on a fumble or something within that span.

Don’t worry they more than made up for it yesterday. This very young and basically rookie team might be rebuilding, but not one team in their division has been able to beat them yet. Look out in a couple of years…
