Six Bears starters suffered injuries on Sunday. Though details aren’t yet available on all of them, there’s good news as to one of the most important.
Cornerback Charles Tillman, one of the candidates for NFL defensive player of the year, suffered an ankle injury during a 28-10 romp over the Vikings. Per a league source, Tillman is expected to be fine. He was spotted wearing a walking boot after the game.
Tillman, running back Matt Forte, and linebacker Lance Briggs all suffered ankle injuries.
Receiver Devin Hester has a concussion, and offensive lineman Lance Louis and Chris Spencer have knee injuries.
