"November is almost over, better lose those mustashes. Green Bay had absolutely no answer at the line, Jared Allen must be licking his chops getting them twice still – watch out!"

He was probably licking his chops to face Chicago too, yet his only meaningful contribution to that game was to end Lance Louis' season with an illegal, blindside hit.

The Giants should have won this game – coming off a bye week at home, the winning percentage for those teams is very high. Surprised by how easy it was though. Packers have line issues on both sides of the ball right now.

And Vikes fan, before you get too far ahead of yourself – the Bears line is just as bad, if not worse, than the Packers, and Allen barely sniffed Cutler – In fact, J.A. might be sitting at home on a Goodell enforced “time out” for that cheap shot he doled out

---------------------------------------
Dukemarc,

you should go check the Giants winning percentage the week after a bye. More times that not, the Giants are terrible the week after a bye. not to mention that, historically, they don't play well on Sunday nights and they haven't been great at home in the new stadium

I just re-read some of the Giants fans comments. Hilarious. The Giants are absolutley inconsistent this season. They win when they should probably lose, and lose when they should probably win. The only thing the Giants really have going for them is that, if they get into the playoffs, there wont be any lousy teams to beat them.

And, If anyone actually thinks the players care about wins more than they do paychecks...you're nuts.. lol. Winning leads to bigger contracts in skill type positions. They care about wins to that extent only. The players care far less about the team than the fans do. If that isnt true, why do a lot of these big named cats get offered say.. 20 million to stay, and take 20.5 million to go somewhere else?

If anyone thinks the Packers put their best effort forward in that game, they know nothing about football. If anything, this game was definately a "we beat ourselves" moment. How so? The Packers obviously didnt come to play the game. On the other hand, the Giants produced a flawless game-plan and executed it equally as flawless. I dont thing Green Bay could have beat New York if they played their best game of the season. New York was just that good last night.

Green Bay better hope that, if they are in come playoff time, the Giants are on the other end of the Bracket and that the Giants get eliminated before Green Bay does. Green Bay can beat anyone in the NFC, except New York.

My hat’s off to Aaron Rodgers and Mike McCarthy admitting they were rightfully outplayed last night. They both could have cited numerous excuses, but stood up like real men accepting the outcome.

Not sure where you heard Rodgers say that. I heard him say that they took themselves out of the gameplan, not the Giants (and the score that the Giants had dictated). But okay.

I think the wheels came off when the Packers tried the long FG in an attempt to "get Crosby right". At that point they were making the same mistake as they did in the playoff game, giving the Giants a shorter field to work with.

The Packers need to come to the realization that they need to play a field position game versus the Giants and keep the game close. Getting behind 2 scores and trying to play catchup via the pass plays right into their hands.

One thing about the Mannings, they both have always, always, always, played behind a top O line and were given the opportunity to scan the field and make that accurate pass.
If role reversal was possible and Rogers was the Giants and Manning the Packers Qb the score:
Giants 38 Packers 10.
I agree with the analyst, that O line is all so important now a days due to it being a passing game and less a running game.
Packers O line sucked, packers suck.
The real Packers will be on stage the next four games and it ain't gonna be pretty. I hope Rogers lives through it.

Only 1 team every year wins the Super Bowl. Explain to me why you feel they have a reason not to believe they are a good team?

Haha some NFL fans make me laugh.. It is such a week to week league for the public, and they over react to wins and losses every week...

So does anyone remember the 49ers getting pounded by NY back in October? That's a distant memory now...

Does anyone remember the Giants getting pounded by the Bengals 2 weeks ago? Nope that's a distant memory..

I remember the year GB won the super bowl, they lost to Detroit 7-3 in week 13 and Rodgers got concussed, they then proceeded to lose at New England the next week with Matt Flynn and then Rodgers came back and they ran the table to a Super Bowl title as a Wild Card...

So that being said GB probably finishes no worse than 11-5 and gets in the playoffs where anything can happen.. The last two SB champs were 10-6 and 9-7.. Just get into the dance where anything can happen.

Packers fan here, congrats to the Giants on the win. They were the much better team yesterday.

Rodgers is right, it's only one game. They can still turn things around, still have a month to go! Let's use this loss as a lesson and learn from it guys!

Never been beaten like this before? Didn't the Giants hand out the exact same beating less than a year ago? Oh, wait the refs gave thePackers at least 10 points so they're still in denial.

The last time the Packers said "its only one game" was their loss to the Chiefs and they corrected nothing and were hammered by the Giants weeks later in the choke of all chokes in the playoffs destroying their chance at history.

Until I hear those magic words from the Pack, which I have yet to hear in the Rodgers era, the Packers will drift further away from another SB, and those words are simply: I guess we're not as good as we thought we were ...

As a New York Giants fan I wasn't too sure how the Green Bay Packers pass rush would hold up without Clay Matthews.

Fortunately, there wasn't much a rush allowing Eli Manning and company to get comfortable and pick apart a Charles Woodson-less secondary. Also minus James Shields.

Hakeem Nicks still is not at 100 percent but he's getting back to full-strength which will only help Victor Cruz.

This was a game the Giants needed and thankfully they played their best and walked all over the Packers. I am still waiting for a 'we beat ourselves comment.'
