The Ravens have been soooo much better without him, but way to exaggerate your injury so you can ‘miraculously’ come back before you were expected. And people call Ben a drama queen…! Enjoy the last game or two of your career, killer.

Slow, old, and now coming off an injury he will have no impact whatsoever again.
He will make his famous re-appearance jumping around and making noise for their one and done playoff game.

There is not one AFC playoff team that they will be able to beat unfortunately. To bad the AFC North has become so weak.

4th and 29 wins are not impressive, they only give false sense of greatness.

He will bring the level of play at the line and linebacker up a notch not by physically doing it but motivation. That being said if I had a choice I’d rather have Webb back in uniform first.

I really think Ray Lewis would rather stay healthy to have one more shot at a Super Bowl instead of forcing his way back to play Peyton Manning when his team probably has the playoffs wrapped up by then.

It’s no secret that Ellerbe and Ayabadejo are quicker than Lew. But with Lew you get a Field Marshall on the field that can make adjustments as he sees them – something that’ll have unique value as they face Manning and move into the playoffs.

Either way, it’s a win-win for the Ravens.

Look, the bottom line is… Lewis wants one more shot at Peyton Manning. It was possible that the game in two weeks would be it. But now it looks more and more like these teams could meet in the playoffs so I think he’ll be resting up for a few weeks longer. He might get in that week 17 game just to get back in game-mode since they’ll probably have a bye week on wildcard weekend.

The Ravens are covering better without him – even with the additional loss of Webb. If Lewis comes back he should be used sparingly – especially coming off a serious injury. Love the guy, but his number came up.

The Ravens are 4-1 since Ray Lewis went down with his injury. If he does return for Week 15, he’d be back for the game against Denver, which would go a long way towards determining if the Ravens get one of the byes in the playoffs. Here’s hoping his return is in time for that game.

What time is it?!!!!

I am one of the lone Ravens fans in Cleveland (except when the Ravens are playing the Browns of course) due to The Godfather Rule (Don Corleone said no, got shot, Sonny killed, and in the end accepted the same deal he would have in the first place. Cleveland said no stadium, Browns moved, and Cleveland ended up building a stadium anyway)

But for arguably the greatest middle linebacker of all time to be back from such a devastating injury at the twilight of his career is just outstanding. I can’t wait to see #52 lining up and playing hopefully sending my Ravens to the Super Bowl. He must have slept in T.O.’s hyperbaric chamber.
