Lets not forget they still need $5-6M for the impending draft class. This is another reason Crabtree needed a “stellar” season because his contract was before the rookie wage scale and escalates to around $6M next year, I believe. To me he hasn’t lived up to it.

Wouldn’t expect to see aldon resigned until necessary so they can take advantage of his rookie contract to keep them under the cap and make sure the whole team gets addressed.

The Best inside duo in the NFL will remain tag team partners for at least the next 3-4 years! Bowman is spectacular! Willis could be HOF one day. Brooks already got his deal early this year and is so underrated (nice 50 yard pick 6 on Brees Sunday, btw). Bowman and Willis are locked up, next up will be Aldon Smith and then our linebacking corps will literally be the best in the NFL for years! Really solidifying that side of the ball
