As the Colts make a push toward an unlikely postseason berth, they’re getting closer to getting one of their Week One starters back.
The team has announced that Seth Olsen has returned to practice from the injured reserve list.
Olsen started the first three games of the season before suffering a knee injury. He was placed on IR with the designation to return on October 8.
Under the rules of revocable IR, the player can return to practice six weeks after placement on the reserve list, and to games eight weeks later. Given the timing of his placement on injured reserve, Olsen may return to action in Week 14.
The Colts have signed safety Delano Howell from the Bills practice squad. Which dramatically increases Howell’s chances of getting to the postseason.
