Tim Tebow might not be able to walk on water, but in Jacksonville, he can make the tarps go away.

The Jaguars announced Thursday that they’re selling additional tickets in Section 404 of Everbank Field (upper deck, end zone corner) for the Dec. 9 game against the Jets. The tickets are $35 each.

“We’re pleased with demand for tickets for this game and we’re thrilled to be able to make additional tickets available to our fans,” Jaguars president Mark Lamping said in a statement, via Ryan O’Halloran of the Florida Times-Union.

Tebow’s fans who watched him play at nearby Nease High and the University of Florida should boost the attendance, and may make them think twice about bringing him in more than once every few years.

It’s actually the second time this year the Jags have pulled the tarp, as they sold additional seats for the Bears game in Week Five.
