Once again, only ownership does not get it: fans won’t pay big bucks for a lousy product, especially when ownership essentially pretends that the fans don’t exist. When was the last time SD ever reached-out to the fan base or acted like it even wants to succeed? As long as this same treatment continues, seats will stay empty and the embarrassing lack of fan support will continue.

Man this sucks. When a bucs games gets blacked out you stupid clowns bash Tampa fans. Stuffs hard down here man with not as many people as major markets. My sister got a masters and ba from fsu and can’t find a decent job. I got a high school degree and make more money than her. My pops has over 25 years in computers and software programming and had to move to tennessee for a job. TENNESSEE!!!!

Why do people assume that if the Chargers move to LA then the people in San Diego will be able to watch the games? It’s a Black Out a 100 mile radius around the game, meaning SD will also be blacked out of the game.

Does anyone remember when the Rams and Raiders would play in LA? They had many blacked out games also. So Bolts moving up there won’t be an update.

If this doesn’t send a message to the front office that if BIG change doesn’t happen then they might as well bust a Colts move and move the team overnight to LA. Even then, the team will have the same effect up there as they do in San Diego. Change now or forever hold your peace.

This is why I don’t get rumors about an eventual team in Los Angeles.

There’s an obvious solution here. The city of Los Angeles wants a team.
Fans in San Diego don’t care enough about their team to go to the games. Because they don’t watch the games in the stadium, their games are blacked out, so they can’t watch the games at home either.

Well, if they’re not going to the games, and if they’re not watching them at home, is it really a big deal to move the team to LA?

Heck, Chargers fans would finally be able to watch their games on TV, since any team that moves to LA is unlikely to ever get blacked out. That would be an upgrade for them.

And the people of LA get a team.

Now even if on TV, who would really watch this mess unless you’re fans of the opposing team? Chargers find ways to lose in historical fashion every week, can they do it again? How about a safety to end the game before OT? How about kicking a FG for the other team? Chargers 2012, a unique experience.
