I was all for the McClain pick, but quickly became concerned that it was a huge mistake after observing his personality on and off the field. Something about a Linebacker who wears a Wr/Cb facemask that just touches a nerve,, just wierd to me. Anyway we shouldve known this would be a rough year for the Raiders,, it’s called growing pains, so getting rid of the trash now will pay off in the long run.

If they really want to hurt his career, they should let keep playing. Every game that he plays his value goes down.

Its one thing if you’re a bust cus you just don’t have the talent to compete (Hi Tebow). But having the talent and just wasting it is pathetic.

Idk what you guys are seeing in games but Mcclain isnt a terrible ILB he tackles well and has all the physical ability. I think if they cut him their will be plenty of teams willing to sign him to see what hes about. Honestly i think dennis allen should go. They need to draft some playmakers. Playing pryor to see if hes any good should also be a priority, because there will be some good quaterbacks in FA

Rolando McClain is exactly the player who would have stayed on this team and collected a check from Al Davis without even thinking twice about it. Those days are over and every overrated player on the roster will be gone this off-season.

Lechler probably won’t be back next year. In 3 years, you might expect to see Jano, Veldheer, Wisniewski, Houston, Bryant, Shaughnessy, Myers, Moore, Ford, and Ausberry. Maybe.

based on what you say above, why not suspend him ,for four games without pay, where he is not allowed near the team, and then see if there is any interest out there.

Problem with that not to many teams want a guy who can’t play, has baggage, and makes stupid decision. You can always take the kid out of the hood, but you can’t take the hood out of the kid.

Well everyone that Reggie McKenzie has invested in has paid off.

When Reggie released Stanford Routt a lot of people thought he was nuts. KC snatched him up and then cut him.

No matter what Reggie and Dennis do with Rolando McClain, I have to believe that history to date shows it will work out.
