As we get closer to the end of the 2012 regular season, we’re getting closer to the game of coaching merry-go-round that goes along with it.
In this week’s PFT Live hot seat, which returns after a one-week break, we look at the five coaches who are currently in the most trouble — along with another seven or so who could still find themselves on the outs.
Though we’re not rooting for anyone to get fired, the reality is that someone will. This year, there will be several someones. Possibly more than ever before.

NYG fan here. Please don’t get rid of Reid and Garrett. Anyone else…get rid of the bums. Thanks.
Dallas can talk about big name coaches all they like. But the truth is that no established coach is going into a situation where a meddlesome owner undermines him. Garrett is doing the best anyone can … given the toxic situation.
Maybe get a healthy RB.
I feel bad for Andy Reid being that he lost his son earlier this year. Garrett is not going anywhere JJ doesn’t want to share the credit with anyone so he will keep his sock puppet.
It would seem to me that if Jones continues to say the team has the personnel to win the Super Bowl, then he must have a problem with the coaching. I certainly agree he is meddlesome, but since he is the owner and thinks he has the right people on the field, then “in his mind” he must have the wrong coach(es). However, he has also said Garrett is the man for the job so I really wonder what he thinks is the problem.
How there isn’t a picture of Norval Turnover every week for this column is mind boggling.
Look for Garrett to get whacked.
