		<description><![CDATA[Interesting.  Longtime Colts fan and was leaving the Marriott in Jax a couple weeks ago when Colts played the Jags.  Saw Tom Moore getting off elevator w/ Colts players and had a quick hello moment w/ him.  Didn&#039;t realize he was working w/ Colts.  Now, 2 weeks later he&#039;s evidently w/ the Tians?  Weird.  Liked the idea of him mentoring Andrew Luck.  Guess Jake Locker gets him instead.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Well at least they are trying something new.  Most teams that fail don&#039;t try to consult with those that have the answers they are missing.  If you can&#039;t get the job done, then keep working at trying to find somebody that can help you.  Keep putting in the time and the money until you get the points on the board.]]></description>
