In all fairness to Buddy Nix, asking him week after week if Chan Gailey and Ryan Fitzpatrick will be back next year is nothing more than beating a dead horse. He’s already gone on record as to where he stands on both of them. However, I do agree with fans that have been questioning Gailey’s playcalling this year. They nearly threw away the Cardinals game, and they did throw away the Titans and Patriots games. With better coaching, this team could easily by 7-4 right now instead of 4-7.

I think it’s fair to say that we’ve seen enough of Fitzpatrick to know that the Bills desperately need an upgrade at QB. If the Bills don’t finish at least at 8-8 with a much-improved roster, then it’s time to start holding the coaching staff accountable as well.

Dysfunctional to say the least.

The Wildcat throw late in AZ. Fitzy throwing while trying to protect a lead in TN when they were averaging 6 YPC. The debacle at the end of the half last week…

It’s not just one minor mistake. Gailey is calling terrible games on a weekly basis and his continued employment is a slap in the face to paying fans.

The one guy who shouldn’t be safe is safe??

Buddy is sometimes honest to a fault, especially for this business, and I think he knows he put his foot in his mouth by declaring that they wanted a qb for the future. Gailey attempts damage control in his locker room by backing Fitzpatrick, but the cat is already out of the bag. Just another example of how dysfunctional this franchise is.
