APVikings wide receiver Percy Harvin went another day without being able to practice because of his sprained ankle on Friday, raising the likelihood that he will miss a third straight game.
Harvin was officially listed as doubtful for the game against the Packers and Tom Pelissero of 1500ESPN.com reports that coach Leslie Frazier isn’t sure whether or not he will travel to Green Bay with the rest of the team. Frazier said that Harvin has been able to do some drills catching the football, but hasn’t been able to do much else on the field since suffering the injury in Week Nine against the Seahawks.
It’s a blow to a Vikings offense that had a hard time finding anyone to catch the ball in last week’s loss to the Bears. Another loss to Green Bay will leave the Vikings at 6-6 in the middle of a clutch of teams fighting for a Wild Card spot in the NFC.
A win would give them a good shot at surviving that scrum, but the odds of it are a bit longer without the guy who still has 23 more receptions than any other Viking even after missing the last two games.

Come back, Percy! I’m sick of playing Denarius Moore in your place on my fantasy team.
well….. I guess Green Bay can play defense with “9 in the box”…….
They did fine passing the ball without Harvin against Detroit. Jarius Wright can sub for Harvin without a huge drop in production, but guys like Jerome Simpson need to step up from their performance a week ago.
Girl.
Yeah clay Matthews sure is a girl isn’t he
Well every lost gets us closer to being in the top ten in the draft. I’m loving it! Sooner or later the Wilf’s will wake up and get tired of middle of the pack play and get a REAL head coach. And we might as well stock the cupboard for him. Hopefully Percy won’t go the route of that punk Squid-knee Rice. But I think Percy is gonna bounce when his time is up. Image that guy on the Patriots?

Oh sweet I love this game! I am going with “a thing you’re no into” for 200.
*not
Doesn’t matter. Packers are looking past us. This is a trap game if there ever was one.
I guarantee the Packers aren’t looking past a division rival, especially after the NY debacle
I guarantee this,,,Viking victory! Had this same feeling going into the 49er game. Th e Viking D is going to show up big. Jarius Wright,AD and Walsh will take us to the victory,,,
Harvin has zero heart and is milking this injury. He wouldn’t even make the Top 5 on the Depth Chart for Packer Receivers.
Good stuff. Another week with Woodson, Matthews, Shields out and another W. 6 of the last 7 with the most injured team in the NFL.
He’ll play. This is a smoke screen.
