Vikings wide receiver Percy Harvin went another day without being able to practice because of his sprained ankle on Friday, raising the likelihood that he will miss a third straight game.

Harvin was officially listed as doubtful for the game against the Packers and Tom Pelissero of 1500ESPN.com reports that coach Leslie Frazier isn’t sure whether or not he will travel to Green Bay with the rest of the team. Frazier said that Harvin has been able to do some drills catching the football, but hasn’t been able to do much else on the field since suffering the injury in Week Nine against the Seahawks.

It’s a blow to a Vikings offense that had a hard time finding anyone to catch the ball in last week’s loss to the Bears. Another loss to Green Bay will leave the Vikings at 6-6 in the middle of a clutch of teams fighting for a Wild Card spot in the NFC.

A win would give them a good shot at surviving that scrum, but the odds of it are a bit longer without the guy who still has 23 more receptions than any other Viking even after missing the last two games.
