I’m with Clickable on this one. I was so psyched that my team is finally back on top. But this whole QB change put a damper on the season for me. This article repairs it a bit…but nothing about the Smith benching feels right. Sometimes doing the right thing in the wrong way negates the good that comes from doing the right thing.

I’m a lifelong Niners fan too…and I feel where you’re coming from. However, I think we need to begin to let go of the angst of the QB decision and embrace the fact that our TEAM is beginning to return to what it was during it’s glorious past, as well as recognize and be grateful that Alex had a chance to play a big part in that.

I’ve supported A.Smith mightily…but we must do as he would at this point which is be supportive of our TEAM as they focus on what’s most important…and that’s bringing #6 back home where it belongs.

Shows you how the tough guy coach is overrated. Singletary was a tough guy, tough LB but a useless coach. In a game where pure macho-ness is glorified its amazing to see grown-up men respond to solid leadership (Harbaugh).

Dont forget about Brooks he is actually a very underrated line backer. Its like John Taylor, was a great WR but playing across from Jerry Rice he never got enough credit.

I’m not a 9 ers fan, but I think it’s easy to say that this team is quickly become one of the class acts of the league. Tough d and running game. In a new era passing league they are that gritty throwback team that just hits ya in the mouth.
