Such a tragic event. My prayers, like everyone go out to those left to pick up the pieces and to that poor 3 month old child, now parent less. May God heal them of their loss and pain.

To play a game the day after is really pathetic of the NfFl commissioner and the Hunt family. Show some respect. If it were their family I’m sure game would be postponed.

My girl and I have a 3 month old boy. She doesn’t really give a crap about NFL but when I told her about this just when Florio broke the story, she was keeping up with it all morning. To take away a daughter/mother in front of his daughter and her grandmother is some messed up stuff and obviously there were several factors — serious issues — that weighed down his mind to pull an act so impulsively….like he was on ‘auto-pilot’ throughout the whole duration of these circumstances. I just hope the grandmother can remain strong for her granddaughter and raise a decent kid. It’s not going to be easy……
