Does that mean Kaepernick gets credited with both both the tie then and the loss today?

I’m beginning to think Harbaugh was looking at Kaepernick like a penny stock that spiked on a rumor so he bought of ton of it. As it cooled off he bought more thinking he was getting it at a bargain. And as it stayed flat, he discovered he was too far in to unload it. Now he’s just crossing his fingers and hoping.

There’s a lot to be said about going with numbers over one’s gut. Even if Harbaugh was right, I can’t imagine he didn’t damage the psyche of his team.

Still shouldn’t have put himself in that position, though. Also risky call on that pitchout, and CK ran out of bounds when he should have stayed in. Hopefully he will have enough time to limit these inexperience mistakes before the playoffs start.

Alex was out after the first quarter of that game. Sure he gets credited for the start but that tie wasn’t his fault. Anyways, the hot streak is over for Kaep and Alex needs to start again. Use Kaep for trick plays and let him develop more, his time will come one day.
