I’m missing something, Belcher is a murderer. Treat his memory as such and pay your respects to the poor family that got a call yesterday saying their daughter had been murdered.

Classic Kansas City, they’ll try to make some sort of hero out of this guy.

Plain and simple – Murderer.

That has to be hard for the Chiefs staff, as far as what to say. You obviously mourn the loss of a friend and teammate, regardless of the reason. But in this case, how do you do that while being respectful for the other life he took? I’m sympathetic to those who are depressed (or otherwise mentally unstable), and I don’t like to judge people, but when they take someone else with them, it clouds the waters quite a bit.

Everybody is a victim. The players & coaches are as they lost somebody they knew and saw somebody. The families of those directly involved are obviously victims.
