Getty ImagesRedskins linebacker London Fletcher will play his 236th consecutive game tonight.
The 37-year-old Fletcher is active for the Redskins against the Giants, keeping his streak of consecutive games played intact. Fletcher has never missed a game, starting with Week One of his rookie year, in 1998.
Fletcher had been listed as questionable with an ankle injury, but we’ve reached the point where we can assume with Fletcher that if there’s any chance that he can get himself on the field, he’s going to.
The Redskins’ inactives are QB Rex Grossman, WR Dezmon Briscoe, CB Richard Crawford, LB Roddrick Muckelroy, OG Josh LeRibeus, OG Adam Gettis and DE Doug Worthington.
The Giants’ inactives are LB Jacquian Williams, TE Travis Beckum, RB Ryan Torain, DE Adewale Ojomo, TE Adrien Robinson, DT Marvin Austin and WR Domenik Hixon.

Everyone knew he would play. Fletcher would never miss a game of this caliber. If skins beat giants tonight, I have a feeling they win out.
Not even John Mara can save you now New York.
T-Minus one hour until the Redskins embarrass the Giants on National TV. Redskins win 48-21.
His production has slipped slightly this year, but Fletch is still a leader and a warrior.

London’s Calling!!
At this point I think Fletcher would be out there if he had a broken leg! The dude is an animal. If he isn’t ruled out by Thursday, he’s playing. Simple as that.
