		<description><![CDATA[Well thanks to the show I finally saw the replay, but I have now heard on the internet and on many TV shows the wrong understanding of the rule, and this clearly was intentional grounding and it wasn&#039;t close.  

The ball has to go beyond the line of scrimmage while inbounds, it&#039;s ok to land out of bounds but only if it passes the LOS while in play, and this ball did not.  It came up a couple yards short when it penetrated the sideline plane, despite landing past the LOS out of bounds which is irrelevant.]]></description>
