Shame those refs trying to help the Bears win couldn’t help tackle Wilson on those last two Seattle drives.

Osiris. I don’t think Carey had anything to do with it… A few lucky bounces? Yes. Sherman did everything in his power to let the bears win. The Real Optimis Prime said they need to start calling Sherman Butane. The clown got TORCHED by Marshall all day.

-----------------------------------

Outside of the hail mary the only catch made on Sherman was the one where Cutler threw the ball up in the air with his eyes closed. Tillman/Jennings both got exposed by Rice/Tate nearly 100 yards each and a TD. Even Edwards had a TD but Mike Carey took it away, wasn't exactly a lucky bounce. Soldier Field is like a home game for the Hawks the last few years.

This is what I don’t get. People are still talking about the one game back versus the Packers. So many games I have seen regular officials go above and beyond to help the bigger market teams win. Pats/Bills, Steelers/Chiefs and countless others. .......
..... Where is the uproar about this from sites ESPN, Profootballtalk and its happened as season?

--------------------------------------------------------

The Chiefs just won their 2nd game yesterday and the Bills their 5th... ??
If they're supposed to be getting help by the officials to get wins, perhaps the uproar should be about how poorly those officials are doing this.

Since Pete Carroll has coached Seattle, depth has always stepped up and played well on the defensive side of the ball when called upon. Sherman himself wasn't a starter until Walter Thurmond got injured. I expect Thurmond, Lane, and Maxwell to step in and play big. Losing these guys won't hurt Seattle's defense that much.

That fumble on Lynch was debatable, but the ref blowing the whistle signalling Bears ball on PR muff and the ball was still live, reverse the Edwards TD without clear evidence and our special teams captain thrown to the ground by face mask and called for illegal block are blatant blown calls. Watch the Irvin illegal hands to face penalty when u can see o-lineman with a hand in his face giving Bears 1st down on a 3rd and long on their 5 yard line. Where is the uproar about this from sites ESPN, Profootballtalk and its happened as season?

Just get it over with. No reason to miss the playoffs. What's their shot at actually winning, anyways? Only reason to delay at this point is if you can get it to last until the end of the season. Are there any realistic chances of that either?

A lot of talk here in Hawkland about how they should handle the timing.

After Sunday's win over the Bears, I believe they should start serving this week against the Cards. If they'd lost to Chicago I'd feel different. Seattle has 4 winable games (3 at home) left on the sched (including Cards and Lambs at home). Not that they have a playoff spot booked, but they should win at least 2 of the 4 without the 2 corners.

If they don't start to sit now they'll be unavailable for any potential playoff game.
