So this article tells me that Tony McDaniel does NOT have a functioning brain. Unbelievable.. that a coach would let someone this stupid speak in public. I’ll bet you a grand this guy voted for hope and change, he thinks it’s some rich guy’s fault, and he wants restitution.

Our players play hard every week i give them credit for that its that they cant live with good football teams. Yea all looked good early part of season but we all knew deep down we were a bunch of bad performances waiting to happen. Every year the same thing the same Mr Average performances with the odd good and bad thrown in for good measure. I do think we could have something special at QB at last and with a little luck a good off season, next year we might put up some points which will give our defence something to work with. They do carry the team just about every week / year.

This is one of the most hilarious things I’ve ever read. Some of the complaints from players lately (this, the Panthers crying over Matt Ryan saying a dirty word to them after Atl won, etc) makes me sad. Regardless of the rest of the country’s being headed to namby pamby land as has been happening for years, I never thought football players would go there. Man was I wrong.

On a related note, I heard Baldinger on playbook recently say he did a game with Carolina and Miami not that long ago (probably 09)and afterwards he went to some bar where he saw Randy McMichael there…IN FULL UNIFORM. That’s when he basically said he knew he Fins just weren’t going to win diddly squat.

I’m pretty sure that he got his vocabulary confused. He meant to say that it is embarrassing, not disrespectful.
Bad enough that he has to go embaras himself on the field, now he’s doing it with his mouth as well.

For once, only once, I actually agree with the Patriots. If a play is working over and over, and you are trying to run out the clock then I say go for it. If anything, the players on the Dolphins should be mad at the guy responsible for plugging that gap, or even just mad at themselves for not figuring it out.

Good point. If I were in Vegas right now, instead of two weeks from now, I’d put some money on it. Second play, play-action off the same run.

While I loathe the Patriots, particularly how they leave Brady in to run up the score, this was simply good, smart, basic football. Here we are, here we come, stop this if you can, and if you can’t, here it comes again. Too many coaches and OCs outsmart themselves instead of sticking with what the other guy clearly can’t stop.

This was not “disrespect”. If anything, it was Coach Belichick respecting the basics of the game.

Replace your 3-TEs with the backup tackles, best run block 1st, then 2nd best runblock, the the strongest as your 3rd TE. Play-goaline HB dive, motion the 3rd “TE” to behind the guard, hike, and run up the gut all the way down the field. I love Madden

You should feel ashamed that you were not able to stop it and mad because your coaching staff could not adjust and put you in a position to stop it. They disrespected themselves, Dan Marino and Don Shula and the whole Miami franchise as well as the entire city of Miami the fans by being on the team and sucking and then shifting blame on their garbage play to the Patriots disrespecting them. Huge Phins fan here……..and nothing upsets me more to see one of our players make these types of comments. “I” felt disrespected…watching the Pats march down the filed on that last drive when our great defensive line let them run the ball down their throats. Stop whining…man up…and put up in two weeks when we play them again.

I’m so used to reading Jets drama on this website….I was shocked to see a story about the Phins.
