Granted his throwing motion is not as pretty or idea as some people would like but he does complete alot of passes and he knows how to win. With teams using the wildcat, spread and read option plays more each year plus Colin Klein is 6`5 and 235 lbs makes him a solid quarterback prospect, in my opinion.
If I were a general manager, I would sign him as an undrafted rookie free agent or use a 7th round draft pick on him and develop him. I think his throwing motion can improve. I guess it would depend on the willingness of the head coach to work with him and a general manager smart enough to surround him with proper talent.
He would only be a failure if Rex Ryan is his coach and Mike Tannebuam is his general manager.
Scouts should focus more on what a guy can do instead of overthinking about a guy cannot do.

No one could explain how holding the ball high interfered with his accuracy or arm strength. At CAL Aaron tied the NCAA record for most consecutive pass completions. Yeah, that was a really weird throwing motion all right. Even you Packers fans were all up in arms over Rodgers.

Let’s compare Rodgers’ quick throwing (and accurate) to Tebow’s almost baseball pitcher windup throw.

Reminds of all the “issues” Rodgers had… how he wasn’t athletic enough…his throwing motion was wrong.

Go watch some of the awful backup QB today..heck go watch a Jets or Cards game and tell me Klein not an upgrade.
