The Lions didn’t look like an indoor team that hadn’t won in Wisconsin in a couple decades.
In fact, they looked like a team that could thrive in a cold, snowy setting.
The Lions just took the opening drive 80 yards in 12 plays, with quarterback Matthew Stafford bootlegging for a 4-yard touchdown on a fourth down attempt. They only threw three times, and Stafford helped most with his blocking on an end around.
It’s the kind of night where keeping it on the ground would help, and while the Lions aren’t exactly great at it, they’re better equipped for it than the Packers.
We’ll see if Aaron Rodgers is able to throw it as normal.
