The Broncos shouldn’t be ahead of the Texans or Falcons because they lost to both of them this year head to head.

Adrian Peterson should be #1 on this list….what he’s doing this year after the knee problems from last December,I think he’s a terminator! I don’t care about the Vikings but on Sundays I find a bar with the nfl package just so I can watch this guy play,who cares about teams that can throw it allover the place(boring) do yourself a favor next Sunday find somewhere to watch the vikes play,you’ll thanks me Monday morning..

Falcons, the worst 11-2 team in NFL history? That’s like saying “the worst looking Swedish swimsuit model” of all time. Doesn’t make a whole bunch of sense.

the pat’s at the #1 spot. i suppose they should be because they always seem to get b.s. calls to keep drives alive and almost never seem to get called on the stuff they do especially the holding they get away with on the o-line and here of late i’ve seen alot of push off’s from thier wr’s that ofcourse dont get called.maybe it’s just me maybe my eye’s are bad maybe my t.v. is bad maybe i am seeing things when i watch the replays over and over or maybe the long history between goodells family and the kraft family has something to do with it. i’m just stuned everytime i watch a pats game and see the stuff they get by with and the bad calls that go aginst alot of the other teams they are playing.imo the bulk of the pats games need to be reviewed by an independent party frame by frame and some hard questions need to be anwsered btw did i mention they already have a history of cheating- oop’s i shouldn’t say that because i know how in denial pats nation is.

#7 may be a little too generous for the ‘Hawks until they prove they can consistently win on the road, but it’s pretty obvious now that the #22 preseason ranking you gave them was ridiculous.

I think the problem with the ranking is you have teams with a good offense ranked too high. Sure, they can beat up on teams without a D, but like NE was beat by Seattle, and lets see how they do against 49ers.

Denver is in same boat – lets see how they do against a good D.

One team is 9-4 and has a strangle hold on the 5th seed and WILL be playing in the postseason.

The other is 7-6 and on the outside looking in.

You can keep a QB who’s passer rating is inflated by throwing dinks and dunks. I’ll take the QB who has ice water in his veins and throws downfield. RGIII can take that top passer rating to the couch with him come the playoffs. Luck and the Colts will still be playing.

To all the haters, the falcons and texans beat the broncos very early this season. All three are different teams now and I would expect the broncos to win easily against either of those two teams at this point. The texans and falcons have peaked while the broncos are still on the rise and have yet to play a complete game, which should be a scary thought for the rest of the league. I think the broncos and patriots are really in a league of their own in the afc at this point.

Not a really a Seattle fan or hater but hard to ignore Florio touting this teams ability to win on the road… 2-5 road record doesn’t really strike me as a team that can win big games on the road… they are 1 game away from being only able to win A game on the road…

Teams change a lot from week 6 to week 14, some for the better and others for the worse.
The big failure then was the Pats’ D not holding the lead – a too familiar story.

Playing now at this point in the season and with the Pats’ D is starting to play at it’s best level in years; if Seattle were to allow the Pats to run 85 plays on offense (30 more than the hawks) with almost 500 total yards like they did back in early October the result would be a bit different.

Seattle’s D has 1 key player on a 4 game suspension for ped violation and will be losing another shortly. Perhaps there should be some more testing done?
