The Bears have relied on middling players with relatively low ceilings as backups for far too long. Emery has been a part of youth movements in both Atlanta and Kansas City with pretty favorable results. Hopefully this off-season he’ll really get one going for the Bears.

Patrick Willis is the best linebacker in the game while Amobi Okoye has done nothing but play musical teams. At the end of the day, the draft is not a science, it’s part research with a BIG part being luck.
