Nick Barnett expected to play for Bills

Despite missing practice the first two days of this week, Buffalo head coach Chan Gailey expects linebacker Nick Barnett to play when the Bills take the field against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday in Toronto.

Barnett has been held out of practice this week while dealing with a knee injury.

”We held him out today. It’s just not coming back as fast. I don’t think anybody has any reservations about him playing on Sunday, it’s just not come back as fast,” Gailey said via the team’s official site.

Gailey said he expects Barnett to do “something” in practice on Friday for the Bills although he wasn’t sure how much. Barnett has started all 13 games for Buffalo this season. He leads the Bills with 92 tackles along with two sacks and three forced fumbles.

Now they just need 4 starting offensive linemen to play.
