Regardless of what anyone thinks of Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, here’s one thing we know.
The guy is hilarious.
If you doubt that, consider this: Rodgers is a serial photobomber.
Yes, before every game he sneaks into the shot behind the team’s captains, and he makes a face or strikes a pose or uses a prop to invade the image. And he’s been doing it for years.
“When I got here it was kind of something that we did, Craig Nall and I, just randomly got in the back of these pictures,” Rodgers tells FOXSportsWisconsin.com. “It went from kind of randomly getting in the back, then people would notice us in the picture every week and started to ask if that was on purpose.”
It definitely is.
FOXSportsWisconsin.com has a full gallery, and a couple of them coaxed a laugh out of me, on a day when given the events in Connecticut not many people feel very much like laughing.

This is the greatest thing ever
Nerd.
Funny
Are those cigarettes hanging out of his nose? And where does he put the roach clips after the picture is done?
He must love playing the Broncos and Seahawks!
Reportedly, Jay Cutler tried to do this as well, but they saw him sulking in the background and just thought it was normal.
No ‘Dicount Double Check’?
Just a smidge of hyperbole.
Good to see he doesn’t take himself too seriously
Pretty funny
Comes across as someone who wants a lot of attention.
It’s pretty funny. It made me start to like him. But is it still photobombing if everyone knows it’s happening? I’m sure the photographer sees him every time now.
Pretty entertaining.
Ridiculously Photogenic MVP.
I don’t consider anything about this hilarious. But, whatever keeps him from complaining about every doggone thing.
Imagine how people would be talking about Cutler if this was his thing.
Speaking as a Bears fan, this is hysterical.
Why can’t Cutler show a tenth of Rodgers’ humor?
Am I in a time warp? This story came out like 3 years ago…. hence the 2009 and earlier dates in the photo gallery.
This reminds me of what Ryan Kesler does during his teammates’ interviews.
When Rodgers acts like an idiot, it’s generally because he means to be taken that way. As opposed to Finley, who just acts idiotically as SOP.
“Why can’t Cutler show a tenth of Rodgers’ humor?”
Hard to be funny when he is running for his life.
It’s even funnier if he was a backup doing it. Imagine a backup like Ryan Fitzpatrick or Mark Sanchez doing this. That would be hilarious.
Even as a Bear’s fan, I enjoy that team. Kills me though how some guys like Cutler get called this and that, and yet Rodgers considers him a good friend. Some many people say he’s soft, but you’ve got people on here who probably call off work if they’ve got a cold. If you took the beating he took, you’d be po’d too. I guess its better if he breaks the law, as long as he’s fan friendly. He doesn’t trust the media, and isn’t a public guy. Who’d want to be a public figure nowadays anyways?
Very funny, I particularly liked the eyepatch one.
Oh, and if Brady were doing this, people would be screaming about what a prima donna he is and how he won’t share the spotlight with anyone.
That dude in the number 50 jersey is ugly.

Maybe they’d start to think he was human, nah forget it! Couldn’t happen!
Love this post. But I always thought he was a team captain? Can someone clarify this?
It started out when he wasn’t a team captain, and it became a thing, so now he still does it even though he is a captain.
1) there are game captains, he is behind the game captain2
2) There has been a dedicated website for years rodgersphotobomb (dot) com
