APThough the Falcons aren’t yet in danger (grave or otherwise) of blowing the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs, they soon could be, if they can’t rebound from an ugly win at Carolina.
More importantly, the Falcons could use the pre-postseason boost that could come from beating a quality team like the Giants, who held Atlanta to only two points during a wild-card playoff game in January.
As the Falcons prepare to host the defending champs, they may not have receiver Roddy White. Via Mike Garafolo of USA Today, White missed his third day of practice with a knee injury. He’s listed as questionable for Sunday.
It would be a shock if White doesn’t suit up. Despite an assortment of injuries over the course of his career, the eight-year veteran has never missed a game. Ever.

Ugly LOSS to Carolina, you mean…
Ever – Lets keep it that way. Catch a TD or two for me while youre at it.
It doesn’t matter if he’s playing or not! Would like to see him on the field after running his mouth earlier this season. Big blue all day! We smashed the 49ers, Packers, and NO.. Atl is the next stepping stone!
Smashing NO is an accomplishment? Losing to Philly sure is… in a bad way.
Big day for Julio and Tony G. I have a feeling this will be a high scoring affair.
If White plays, especially with Phillips and Amukamara out, the Giants are going to have some issues… They’ll need a big game from the front four. But the G Men always play their best with their backs against the wall.
