Edwards questionable, but Jets need him

AP

Technically, new Jets wide receiver Braylon Edwards (hamstring) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Titans, according to the final injury report.

But with wideout Stephen Hill (knee) and Dustin Keller (ankle) doubtful, and Clyde Gates questionable after his concussion, the Jets are going to need all the help they can get in the passing game.

Backup quarterback Tim Tebow (ribs) is probable, such that they’re going to use him.

The Titans will be without middle linebacker Colin McCarthy (concussion), but the bulk of the players on their injury report are listed as probable, including quarterback Jake Locker, running back Chris Johnson and wide receiver Kenny Britt.
