Getty ImagesWell, they can’t blame Cam Cameron for that one.
The Ravens’ first possession with new offensive coordinator Jim Caldwell at the switches was less than a smash hit. Caldwell replaced the fired Cameron this week, but hasn’t had much of a chance to make an impression.
On his third play as a play-caller at the NFL level, Caldwell dialed up a safe little sneak for quarterback Joe Flacco on third-and-1. But Flacco made it unsafe by fumbling, giving the ball back to the Broncos at midfield. It was Flacco’s third lost fumble in the last three games.
On a day when they’re playing without four of their top five tacklers, it’s the kind of mistake the Ravens can’t make.
But Flacco just made it.

Yep, Cam was the problem after all. The offense looks much better now.
Aw c’mon Darin, of COURSE they can blame Cameron for this. Just ask the Flacco apologists.
