that would be nice, but as long as he is keeping the ball out of receiver’s hands, I’m good with it not ending up in his. Robinson looks like a good pick, and Jefferson is holding up well. This team might actually be able to field a decent nickle package for the first time in….. Ummmmm……..

Pretty sure we don’t match up well against a receiver like Andre Johnson without Cook.

If Cook can stay on the field long enough to realize his full potential and with Harrison Smith continuing to progress, this secondary might not be half bad. There is still room to improve, but it’s come a long way in just a season.

Andre Johnson is still going to abuse whomever he faces on Sunday though. That guy is a monster.

I wouldn’t be apprehensive to rest Cook another week if he doesn’t appear to be ready. However, combined with Harrison Smith the two 6′+ DBs are becoming legitimately capable of stopping a large, top tier receiver like Andre Johnson.
