PFT Live: BenJarvus Green-Ellis, Coaching Hot Seat

Bengals halfback Green-Ellis runs for a gain against the Eagles during their NFL football game in Philadelphia Reuters

In a previous life, our fearless leader Mike Florio was an attorney.

That makes him particularly well-suited to talk to a law firm. Or the Law Firm, as the case may be. Bengals running back BenJarvus Green-Ellis will be Florio’s guest on Wednesday’s edition of PFT Live.

Green-Ellis has run for more than 100 yards in four of the Bengals’ last five games, all of which were wins that the team has used to put themselves in position to claim a playoff spot with a victory over the Steelers this weekend. We’ll find out how Green-Ellis is feeling about his first season in Cincinnati and whether he’s thought about returning to New England for a playoff game.

Florio will also unveil this week’s look at the Coaching Hot Seat. It’s getting late for coaches on that seat to start making a case for why they should stick around and Florio will tell us which members of the fraternity need to step things up.

You can watch it all live at 5 p.m. ET.

Patriots are hot…..But they CAN be beat….I would love to see the Law Firm and the Bengals take out New England in the playoffs! Gotta get past the Steelers and the Ravens first!

I think they will actually win the division. Their defense steps up in big moments, they have a hard running back who I think has only fumbled 3 times this season(and the only 3 of his career) and AJ Green is good enough to cover a lot of holes in the WR corps.

More importantly though, they’re hot right when they play the Ravens and Steelers who are both slumping HARD.

Gotta wonder if the Pats made the right move letting this kid walk.
