ProFootballTalk: McDaniels to Cleveland make sense?

It’s been reported that if the Browns clean house, Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels would “jump at” the chance to coach in Cleveland. Mike Florio explains why this would make sense for both parties.

    I think that would be a smart idea! I’ve always liked McDaniels! He is a beast in the draft room! Gets a ton of value & a big reason Denver has a lot of the talent around Payton right now! Not just on the offensive side, but also on the Defensive side of the ball! Von Miller ties in!

    Lombardi + McDaniels in Cleveland = 1st pick in the NFL Draft for year to come in Cleveland.

    McDaniels to Cleveland makes sense?

    Is that because the team has quite a bit of young talent that someone is itching to ship out of town?

    They are the Browns and destined to suck forever, so it does make quite a bit of sense.
