Watched this guy in Cleveland. Bears should sign him. He can actually stay on his feet and catch the passes he should catch. He’s an instant upgrade over Davis, even though that’s not saying much.

Evan Moore looks the part of a catch passing tight end. Moves quickly for a big man, can get open but just doesn’t catch the ball when it comes his way. Maybe it clicks with him with another team.
