None of us know what was said by either person. Just making personal attacks on Hall makes you look jealous. But it was one mans word against the others. Of course the league is going to back up the official. Did Hall meet with the Commissioner about this?

The answer to your question regarding his and many others players awful public speaking and/or improper Grammar is simply that every American, especially successful ones, should strive to better themselves and put their best foot forward at all times, especially when speaking. It’s no wonder that many athletes are looked down on because of their inability to speak properly. Leave the gibberish in the hood, I have and it’s worked out nicely.

Hall is the quintessential knucklehead, but one thing he says is true: any time an NFL player is threatened with discipline, they may as well lawyer up a la Jonathan Vilma…..the Saints proved that with a good lawyer anyone can beat the rap.

Honestly. The fact that Hall wasn’t suspended leads me to believe the ref may have also been in the wrong. With that said dude is a knucklehead. Ok corner getting paid locked down corner money. Hopefully he’s the last of the Vinny C. Era.

Once again. Lets revisit this episode.

TV timeout was called, so Hall, like every player, removed his helmet.

The idea he went ballistic is not so. They were in a heated exchange and it looked alot like two men arguing.

Not the first or last time thats going to happen on the field.

But the refs are the peace keepers. He was jawwing pretty hard back at Hall and remember, he was thrown to the ground and there was no call.

Not tight for Hall, but clearly they were both going at it.

Why do players keep hiring Joel Segal as their agent? Hall, Vick, Santonio, Chris Johnson, Reggie Bush. Does he advertise “the lowest commission fees in the biz” in an effort to draw guys who don’t care about their reputation? They just want to cash in and quit.

You would think a guy with this much experience at damage control would be better at it.

Look , the players need to play. All of this nonsense of arguing back and forth with a ref needs to stop and to stop now! The Redskins have had to many unsportsmanlike penalties this year. There is nothing to prove. The call is what it is and your voice will be of no influence. Skins need to just shut up and line up to play another down. The playoff picture is in sight, so stay focused and let your play do the talking.

I’m completely serious. I’m not a huge fan of Hall’s either, he usually gets on my nerves more than anything. But I heard this from people with very close ties to the Skins players. We’ll see if it comes out. If it does, couple of you clowns are gonna be eating crow.

You don’t believe me, go back and look at the ‘Mike Shanahan is grumpy’ thread from this site from last October. I knew back then we were getting RG3 months before people were talking about it.
