Leslie Frazier is a good coach and may turn out to be a great coach as he grows into the job. No one agrees with every move a coach makes. The bottom line is that his team was 3-13 last year and is 8-6 this year, and that's with no passing game whatsoever. The lack of a passing game isn't his fault. They have no wide receivers and the quarterback has a long way to go.

Leslie, now you talk about play-offs? You ruined your post-season chances by sticking with an abysmal Ponder during the Green Bay game - a game with huge play-off consequences. Instead, you ran the Vikings into a brick wall with Ponder throwing two crucial red-zone interceptions. You should have adjusted, like any sane coach.

I've given this guy plenty of chances, but now I'm done. He's just awful.
