Yea he’s all done in Green Bay after this year. It’s not that he’s a bad player by any means but Father Time catches up with everyone

He’s due to make $6.4M next yr. IMO the Packers talk to him & tell him he needs to renegotiate his contract in order to come back. $2M $3M tops

I would love for him to come back, but at least the Packers have the depth necessary to overcome him not being on the field.

All that holding he does shouldn’t put a strain on his collar bone, so I am confused. Perhaps it is a concern that he will re-injure it with all the emphatic gesturing he does the odd time that he is called for obvious holding.

Then again, he doesn’t really tackle anymore. He just goes for strips as the sixth man in the gang tackle, so, he may be okay as is.

As a guy who has had 3 broken collarbones, it’s definitely not something you should rush back from. You may feel healed and solid, but you’re far better off being safe.

Hate to say it but Packers defense has been better without him. The penalties are way down and players flying around real good without #21 out there. But still would rather have him out there than MD Jennings or McMillan come playoff time. But Woodson should never see the slot again.
