26 5 not being a perspiring math major I can tell you they didn’t get to the Super Bowl which is the only goal that matters. If you want to be tee shirts boys and be proud of that so be it.

In the playoffs 2009, missed in 2010, in the playoffs again in 2011 and 2012. That is 3 out of 4 years. You should check your math next time. You also sound very angry for no reason.

Let’s name some other D coordinators from the Ravensthat went on to be head coaches… Rex Ryan, Jack Del Rio, Chuck Pagano, etc… Looks like coaching for the Ravens is a heck of a job… Oh and did I mention that the steelers are the worst team in our division???

The Bengals are born losers. Marvin Lewis is just another Ravens D Coordinator that got his job because of his success in Baltimore. The steelers are the 4th best team in the AFC North.

I’m as die-hard a Bengals fan as there is, but let’s face it: the Bengals only have two “quality” wins since we got Andy Dalton. We beat the Giants and Steelers this year, and both of those teams were in a slide at the time. Meanwhile, we lost very winnable games vs Cleveland, Miami, and Dallas.

If the Giants had pulled out a win vs Baltimore last week, we’d be in pretty decent shape, as a win vs Baltimore this week would mean we’d have a home game vs Indy. Instead, as the #6 seed, we’re either headed to Foxboro or Houston, and I don’t feel particularly good about our chances in either game. So, as much as I’d like to see us finally break our 22-year streak without a playoff win, odds are it won’t be this year. (Feel free to prove me wrong, guys!)

Ciny’s defence has been playing very well the last six or seven weeks. Their offense has been playing a little soft but, depending on the opponent, Cincy could easily win a playoff game or two.

This Bengals team is very different than the 90′s and early 2000′s bengals were all used to.

I didn’t think they’d be able to look back on the whole not trading the rights to A.J. Green for a handful of picks as a positive decision at the time but it’s one of the best choices this team has made in years. That and drafting your defensive MVP (Geno).

You cant coast through the playoffs, any team that took their legs of the brakes are typically one and done or dont win it all. Go all out.

What is it with the “non-strike playoff year” as an emphasis?

Nobody gives the Redskins an asterisk for beating the Dolphins in the SB that year.

Now all we’ll hear about after they win a playoff game is their SB drought.

Let it go. They’ve made the playoffs 3 of the last 4 years. They are no longer the “Bungles”. It’s ok to move on.
