I cant agree more. If the Vikings make the post season AD should be a lock, but #12 is having about the best year on paper of any quarterback and the fact that his name isvnot in the conversation speaks for how poorly these awards are divvied out.

He is playing regular season NFL football 9 months later. Not only playing but has a shot at 2,000 yards and the all time single season rushing record. Peyton on the other hand, how many neck surgeries? Including an entire year off and signs with a new team. To play at a probowl possibly MVP level. Both stories deserve acknowledged.

You clearly don’t understand the MVP award. It’s not all about stats (though that obviously enters into the conversation and should), it’s about value, which isn’t all stats, but about situations that they added value to their team. Considering his cast of characters this year on offense, AD far and away blows out the competition in terms of overall value.
