Holmgren and Heckert only got 3 years into their 5 year plan to rebuild the Browns roster via the draft, which they started in 2010.

Jeff Ireland has only had two years in charge, and he’s done an excellent job of cleaning up Parcell’s garbage. His two drafts have produced excellent results and re-signing Paul Soliai and trading for Reggie Bush were genius moves.

Also, not signing/trading for Matt Flynn, Kyle Orton, Alex Smith and all the QBs the uninformed pined for and now forget that they did was brilliant.

Keep Ireland he’s green, like money.
